Feel like a little yard sale shopping this weekend? There will be a big one at 19th and Evergreen in Spokane Valley.

Proceeds from the sale will benefit the Inland Northwest Doula Network, an organization that helps parents locate doulas and other resources.

The sale takes place Friday and Saturday,  August 5 and 6, from 8am to 3pm.

Sheriff's Office releases details of the 6th report of grabbing on the Centennial Trail

Another woman is coming forward to report an assault on the Centennial Trail that occurred last week. Around 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 26th, the victim was running along the Centennial Trail near Greene and Upriver Drive when she heard the suspect approaching when he rode up from behind and slapped her bottom. She swore at the suspect as he rode away. The victim described the suspect as a white male, 25 to 30-years old, 5'07" tall, with brown hair and medium build.

Another Woman Grabbed Along Centennial Trail

Another woman has reported being grabbed on the Centennial Trail. The 22-year old victim was jogging westbound on the trail near the 1100 block of East Mission on Tuesday afternoon, when the suspect, like previous reports, grabbed the victim's bottom from behind as he rode past her. The victim described the suspect as riding a silver BMX-style bicycle, wearing high top tennis shoes and denim shorts. Anyone with information regarding these assaults is encouraged to call Crime Check at (509) 456-2233.
